ORTEC and Command Alkon strengthen relationship04 November 2010
Gouda, The Netherlands – November 4th, 2010: ORTEC and Command Alkon are pleased to announce a series of agreements that strengthen the relationship between the two companies. With these agreements, Command Alkon now becomes the exclusive provider of ORTEC optimization products to the construction materials industry. The two companies will jointly develop ORTEC’s technology framework to the benefit of Command Alkon’s customers.
As part of the agreement, Command Alkon acquires Total Management Systems (TMS), formerly owned by ORTEC. TMS is headquartered in Gouda, The Netherlands, and delivers dispatch, quality control, and batching systems to ready-mix and prefab plants. With almost three decades of experience, TMS is the market leader in production and distribution software solutions in the Western European Benelux region.
TMS support of its products and customers remains in place. ORTEC will continue to provide facilities and management services to TMS. Command Alkon will continue to invest in the development of TMS products. This agreement also allows TMS customers the opportunity to supplement their existing products with Command Alkon products and services.
